1. Do We Use Cookies?

No. Rumuz Solutions does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies of any kind. We do not build advertising profiles, retarget visitors, or share browsing data with ad networks.

Because this site does not set any non-essential cookies that require consent under GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive, we do not show a cookie-consent banner. A consent banner exists to get permission before setting cookies that need it. Since we set none, there is nothing to ask permission for.

2. Website Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless: it does not set a cookie, does not use a persistent identifier, and does not track individual visitors across sessions or across other websites. It only aggregates anonymous traffic patterns — things like total page views, which pages are visited, and which sites referred visitors here — and cannot be used to identify or single out any particular person.

3. Third-Party Content

This site loads two categories of third-party content, both of which are static assets, not tracking scripts:

• Map data (jsdelivr.net) — the interactive office-location map on our Contact page fetches a static country-boundary data file (from the open-source world-atlas package) from cdn.jsdelivr.net so we can draw the map as an SVG. This is a one-time data fetch used purely for rendering; it sets no cookies and runs no tracking code.
• Flag icons (flagcdn.com) — country flag icons on our Contact page are loaded as plain <img> tags from flagcdn.com, a static image hosting service. Loading an image this way sets no cookies and executes no script of any kind.

Neither of these requests sets a cookie, reads a cookie, or tracks you in any way.

4. Essential Cookies

This site does not currently set any cookies of its own, essential or otherwise. If that changes in the future — for example, if we introduce a feature that requires a session or security cookie — we will update this policy to describe it and, if legally required, add a consent mechanism at that time.

5. Your Choices

Because we don't rely on cookies, there is nothing to opt out of. If you prefer, your browser settings let you block third-party images or scripts entirely. Doing so may prevent the office map or flag icons on our Contact page from displaying, but it will not affect any core functionality of this site — our forms, content, and navigation all work independently of that content.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technology or services we use. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
